User Research
My UX research identified three key user goals for the OCSP Cat Rescue website: securing donations to support the medical needs of rescued cats, streamlining the fostering process to connect cats with temporary and permanent homes, and mobilizing volunteer support for essential tasks such as feeding, cleaning, and event assistance.

User Personas
I created user personas help me put myself into the shoes of their users. By giving these fictional users names, backgrounds, motivations, frustrations, and goals, I was able to further empathize and gain a deeper understanding of who the users are and what truly matters to them.
Through my research, I identified and created three personas for users who either want to donate, foster, or volunteer.

Wireframes
I hand drew several wireframes early on to ideate quickly and focus on core functionality before investing time and effort in more detailed mockup. This allows me to experiment with different solutions and layouts, make changes effortlessly, and rearranging elements much more simply than it is to constantly adjust a digital file.

Digital Wireframes and Mockups
Following the sketching phase to identify the most suitable elements for the OCSP Cat Rescue website, I transitioned to Figma to create a refined digital wireframe. With the low-fidelity wireframe established, I proceeded to incorporate visual elements, typography, and color. My background in graphic design allows me to excel in this aspect of the design process.
